(1) If a candidate included in the published results of the written examination submits an application not to be interviewed before the scheduled date for the interview, stating the basis and reason thereof, and if the conduct of the application is found to be reasonable, the Commission may arrange for an interview to be conducted in advance for such person.
(2) If a candidate is unable to appear for the interview on the date and time fixed by the Commission due to the following circumstances, he/she shall submit an application within fifteen days in case the candidate is pregnant or has given birth on the date fixed for the interview, and within seven days in case of other circumstances, if the Commission deems the processing of the application to be unreasonable. Exemption interview may be arranged:-
(a) If Kiriya has to stay,
(b) In case of delivery,
(c) In case of illness, unable to attend the interview,
(d) In case of uncontrollable circumstances.
(3) Candidates who will be included in the advance and discount interview will have to submit the double fee of the prescribed examination fee.
